Do you work with businesses outside Vancouver?

Absolutely. About 60% of our clients are outside the Lower Mainland. We use cloud accounting tools and video conferencing to work seamlessly with businesses across Canada.

What if I already have an accountant?

We can provide a second opinion, handle specialized projects, or discuss transitioning your accounting to our firm. Many clients come to us for specific expertise their current accountant doesn't offer.

How quickly can you onboard a new client?

For most services, we can start within two weeks. Tax season (February–April) may have slightly longer timelines, but we'll always be transparent about availability.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No. While most clients stay with us for years, we don't lock anyone into contracts. You're free to adjust or end services with 30 days' notice.
